2. Products & Orders

• All product prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders at our discretion
• Product images are for illustration — actual products may vary slightly in color or texture
• We are not responsible for hair that has been chemically treated, bleached, or altered after purchase

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Square. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. By providing payment information, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.

4. Shipping

• We ship to all 50 US states
• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier
• Free shipping applies to orders over $75 after discounts

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unaltered items in original packaging. Hair products that have been opened, installed, or styled cannot be returned. See our full Returns Policy for details.

6. Salon Services & Appointments

• Deposits paid to secure appointments are non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours
• We require at least 24 hours notice to reschedule without forfeiting your deposit
• We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion
• Service prices shown are starting prices — final price may vary based on hair length, condition, and complexity
• We are not liable for allergic reactions to products — please inform us of any allergies before your appointment

7. Promo Codes & Discounts

• Promo codes are single-use and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated
• We reserve the right to expire or cancel promo codes at any time
• Referral credits are applied to your account and cannot be exchanged for cash

8. Intellectual Property

All content on tera.hair — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Tara's Hair & Nail Candy Shop LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tara's Hair & Nail Candy Shop LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
