Free standard shipping on all orders over $75!
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped with tracking information.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also view your order status by logging into your account at tera.hair/account.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not currently offer international shipping but plan to in the future.
Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but cannot be located. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
